Tonight I gave a two hour presentation at TriHealth Fitness and Health Pavilion. The attendance was awesome which included my #1 trail supporter and beloved husband of nearly 28 years, Bruce Graydon Hill. Active Aging runs in both of our familes. Bruce's mom, at 90, is still incredibly active, funny, and charitable. Bruce's father, Webbie, passed away at Hospice of Cincinnati at age 92. Hospice is the charity for which I hike, not only in my sister's memory, but Webbie's as well. And I too am blessed to have two very active parents. My parents are 78 and living full and happy lives. Their support of me and my charity work over the past 5 years has been amazing. My passion for hiking, keeping loved ones' memories alive, and living in communion with God has become my life's work. Charity work is recession proof. I was so excited to be able to give another presentation about my hiking adventures. I am inspired every single day by a fellow human being. Tonight provided me the platform to inspire others. May God bless you all!
